IndexMetric reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the product is transferred at the moment of sale, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Any future reports or data products sold through indexmetric.com

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your report after purchase, or if the file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will re-deliver your report promptly at no charge.
