Agreement

By accessing indexmetric.com or purchasing any report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Products

IndexMetric produces competitive intelligence reports based on original research synthesized from public-domain sources. Reports are delivered as digital files (PDF and/or ePub) following purchase.

License

When you purchase a report, you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for your own internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the report
  • Share the report publicly or post it online
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the report in other publications without written permission
  • Represent the research as your own work

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact [email protected] and we will resolve it.

Accuracy

Our reports are based on publicly available information as of the research date. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. IndexMetric reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

Intellectual Property

All content on indexmetric.com and in IndexMetric reports — including text, analysis, data compilations, and formatting — is the property of Multiple Worlds LLC and protected by copyright. The IndexMetric name and brand are proprietary.

Limitation of Liability

Multiple Worlds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or this website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hampshire County, Massachusetts.

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
